With the 21 varied programs offered by the York Anniversary x201 this crosstrainer provides enough to keep anybody motivated on the path to better health and their own personal goals. Accurate computer controlled magnetic resistance provides a steady and comfortable motion and 3 Heart Rate controlled programs add an extra dimension by allowing you to exercise to your body’s needs. It also has fully adjustable non-slip footplates that will let you change the stride length for your own personal natural stride pattern. This Crosstrainer is great for the beginner due to all its features and low price, but is also good for a more experienced user who wishes to use the 3 Heart Rate controlled programs.
