Also the Diamond x301 is designed and built with high quality components so you can have the confidence it will support you in the most demanding of workouts.
Another great feature on this Crosstrainer is the target heart rate program can automatically adjusts the resistance to match your heart rate and means you can direct your workout to specific areas, whether that is burning fat or improving your own fitness goals etc. The Diamond x301 also has hand pulse sensors on the moving arms so you can keep working your upper body muscles whilst getting pulse rate feedback.

Delivery

The York York Diamond x301 crosstrainer comes with free delivery. Delivery is usually within 7-10 working days and often far sooner.
