Warranty
The Tunturi E30L Exercise Bike has an excellent 15 year frame warranty and all other components are covered with a 2 years parts and 2 years on site labour warranty. Upon receipt of your Tunturi E30L Exercise Bike you can register the product directly with Tunturi, free of charge, and qualify for an additional years parts warranty. Meaning you have 3 years warranty cover on all components, providing peace of mind.
The warranty and back up provided by Tunturi is excellent and in the unlikely event of any problems with the Tunturi E30L Exercise Bike a Tunturi service engineer will arrange a visit to carry out any necessary repairs on site. This is a significant improvement on the lower end fitness equipment brands who expect you to return the product to them for repair and often at your expense!
Delivery
The Tunturi E30L Exercise Bike comes with free delivery. Delivery is carried out by the home delivery team, which provides peace of mind that your Tunturi E30L Exercise Bike will arrive in perfect condition. The home delivery team are trained to handle your Tunturi E30L Exercise Bike appropriately and if required can also carry out installation. Delivery is usually within 5-10 working days and often sooner you’ll be contacted by the home delivery team within 5-7 working days to arrange a convenient time for your Tunturi E30L Exercise Bike delivery between Mon-Fri.
Please note deliveries carried out by the home delivery team are to a downstairs room of your choice, an improvement on the usual courier kerb side deliveries. If you require your Tunturi E30L Exercise Bike assembled then please opt for our installation service. Also please note that if you require your Tunturi E30L Exercise Bike too be taken upstairs then you must opt for the installation service.
