Our Opinion
A burst resistant swiss ball suitable for people between 5'6" and 5'10" complete with pump and DVD. The DVD contains 40 great Swiss ball work outs including warming up, body weight excercises and dumbbell work outs using the swiss ball.
Delivery
Delivery is free and is carried out by a "signed for" courier. Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days please have the goods shipped to an address where someone is normally present. Our couriers will attempt to deliver the goods between Mon-Fri 9am-6pm. If you are not present they will leave a card asking you to contact your nearest depot to re-arrange delivery. If on the second attempt no one is present the goods will be returned to us.
If you suspect your are not going to be present please leave the courier an instruction asking to leave the goods somewhere safe or with a neighbour.
