A burst resistant swiss ball suitable for people between 5'6" and 5'10" complete with pump and DVD. The DVD contains 40 great Swiss ball work outs including warming up, body weight excercises and dumbbell work outs using the swiss ball.

COMES WITH FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY!If you want to recieve it next day, please make sure that it has been ordered before 1 pm between Monday to Friday. If you have placed the order after 1 pm or on Saturday/Sunday you will recieve the item in 2 days carried out by a "signed for" courier. Our couriers will attempt to deliver the goods between Mon-Fri 9am-6pm. If you are not present they will leave a card asking you to contact your nearest depot to re-arrange delivery. If on the second attempt no one is present the goods will be returned to us.
