Delivery Information

Delivery within Great Britain for all products is Free*

Cardio Vascular Equipment and Multi-gyms

You will be contacted to arrange a convenient delivery day (please provide a daytime telephone number when completing your order).
Delivery is usually within 5-10 days, sometimes sooner, and between 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday. If the product/s you have purchased have free installation or you’ve opted for the installation service then this will be carried out by the delivery team.

Please note we are now happy to offer Free delivery of Tunturi, Bremshey and Trimmaster products to Northern and Southern Ireland. However we cannot offer the installation service. For other brands please contact us for a delivery price.

Supplements

Deliveries of Supplements is by Royal Mail and all orders received before 14.00 will be dispatched the same day and you should receive your delivery with 72 hours.

Fitness Accessories

Deliveries of fitness accessories such as medicine balls, gym mats and boxing products is free and is carried out by a "signed for" courier. Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days, please have the goods shipped to an address where someone is normally present. Our couriers will attempt to deliver the goods between Mon-Fri 9am-6pm. If you are not present they will leave a card asking you to contact your nearest depot to re-arrange delivery. If on the second attempt no one is present the goods will be returned to us.

If you suspect your are not going to be present, please leave the courier an instruction asking to leave the goods somewhere safe or with a neighbor.

Offshore and remote areas

* Deliveries to offshore and remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands may incur a charge. Deliveries to Northern & Southern Ireland of products other than Tunturi, Bremshey and Trimmaster may also incur a charge. Please contact one of our friendly team before completing your order to confirm the delivery cost.
