Please remember to keep all the original packaging for at least 30 days.
 
The Seller will accept a written email cancellation of Goods* ordered from its website, for a full refund, subject always to the written cancellation being received  by us at least 72 hours (3 days) before the agreed delivery date & time. Please note you will be liable for the shipping cost if we do not receive your cancellation e-mail before the goods are dispatched.
Except where Goods have been damaged in transit, should You refuse to accept the Goods at the time of delivery, then You are responsible for all the costs and charges of delivering the Goods back to our designated UK distributor together with a restocking fee equal to 15% of the purchase price.
 
*Please note this cancellation and return policy does not apply to Goods specially ordered and imported for a specific Buyer or marked as a “special order” or Goods altered to meet the customer’s requirements.
 
Before returning any Goods, You must obtain a Return of Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number from us or the designated distributor within 30 days of delivery. No Goods will be accepted without an RMA and they must be returned within 10 days of receiving the RMA. No Goods will be accepted without an RMA.
 
Where Goods are being returned, they must be insured for loss or damage and carefully and securely re-packed in the original packaging and, except where they were damaged in transit to you, must otherwise be received back by the distributor in “as new” and saleable condition together with proof of purchase.  Goods should be returned via a reputable carrier who requires a signature as proof of delivery and it is the responsibility of the Buyer to ensure the goods are received back by the distributor in “as new” and saleable condition. 

Goods being returned must clearly indicate, on the package, the name and address of the Buyer, the RMA number obtained from Us or the designated distributor at the time of advising of the cancellation together with the full postal address and postcode of the distributor who is to receive the return of the Goods.

The Buyer will receive a refund, within 30 days of the safe return of the Goods, of all monies paid for the Goods (including delivery charges, if any) except for return freight charges and the restocking fee.

Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer’s fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.
 
Where Goods damaged in transit are returned in accordance with the above terms the Buyer will receive a full refund, within 30 days of the safe return of the Goods, of all monies paid for the Goods (including delivery charges, if any) together with the reasonable cost of the return freight charges.
