They use all the muscle groups between these points to contribute to the rowing stroke. Arms and shoulders, legs and torso.
Importantly, they use these muscle groups proportional to their strength, generating a uniform aerobic load over all muscle groups.
In this way rowing minimizes the risk of overload, optimizing the exercise benefit derived and reducing the fatigue felt.

WaterRowers have a 1 year parts warranty which is extendable free of charge to 5 years on the frame and 3 years on the components by registering your product.
Warranty
The WaterRower Classic comes with free delivery. You’ll be contacted directly by the couriers, to arrange delivery of the WaterRower Classic between Monday – Friday.
