Fact... WaterRower uses 84% of the muscle massWhen WaterRowing the user is connected to the machine at the tips of the fingers and the tips of the toes.
They use all the muscle groups between these points to contribute to the rowing stroke. Arms and shoulders, legs and torso.
Importantly, they use these muscle groups proportional to their strength, generating a uniform aerobic load over all muscle groups.
In this way rowing minimizes the risk of overload, optimizing the exercise benefit derived and reducing the fatigue felt.
WaterRower... uses more muscle mass than any other equipment.
Each machine has been hand finished with Danish Oil and Urethane for protection. Wood has been chosen due to its marvelous engineering properties, primary amongst these is its ability to absorb sound and vibration enhancing the WaterRower's quietness and smoothness of use. Ash, like all woods used in WaterRower construction, is a premium hardwood with incredible longevity and dimensional stability. For reasons of ecology, all our woods are harvested from replenishable forests.
Warranty
WaterRowers have a 1 year parts warranty which is extendable free of charge to 5 years on the frame and 3 years on the components by registering your product.
Delivery
The WaterRower Club comes with fast free delivery. You’ll be contacted directly by the couriers, to arrange delivery of the WaterRower Club between Monday – Friday.
