Our Opinion

This Package is a great way to get the equipment you need at home without spending a huge amount of money. This york bench is ideal for building up your chest muscles as it has 4 different adjustable settings on the backrest. Also you can work out lots of other muscles using the weights you receive with the bench. The 50 Kg set included with this package comes with 2 x 14" chrome spinlock bars, 1 x 60" one piece spinlock bar & the following weight discs: 6 x 0.5, 6 x 1.25, 4 x 2.5, 4 x 5 (Kg Discs)
