Our opinion
The Reebok 5 series treadmill has the same programs as the 3 series with the added benefit of “Auto Motion Control”. The motion sensor allows the user to adjust the speed of the treadmill simply by moving their hands. The 5 series also comes with a heart rate strap so full use of the heart rate controlled program may be achieved. The console has 3 LED windows and is easy to read.
Warranty
The Reebok 5 series treadmill has a 2 years parts and 2 years labour on site warranty.
The warranty and back up provided by Reebok is good and they have a helpline telephone number to deal with any technical/warranty issues. In the unlikely event of any problems with the 5 series treadmill a Reebok service engineer will arrange a visit to carry out any necessary repairs on site. This is a significant improvement on the lower end fitness equipment brands who expect you to return the product to them for repair and often at your expense!
Delivery
The Reebok 5 series treadmill comes with free delivery. Delivery is usually within 7-10 working days and often far sooner. You’ll be contacted directly by the couriers, usually within 3-7 days of ordering, to arrange delivery of the 5 series treadmill between Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.
