The ingenious Bowflex SelectTech 1090 dumbbells enable you to select between 4.5 - 41kg at the turn of a dial. These dumbbells are perfect for people with space constraints or who simply don’t want 17 pairs of individual dumbbells. You can select 4.5 - 40kg . There is an optional stand which, in our opinion, is useful as it discourages you from leaning over and potentially hurting your back when picking up the weights.

Delivery
The Bowflex SelechTech 1090 Dumbbells comes with free delivery. Delivery is usually within 7-10 working days. You’ll be contacted directly by the couriers, usually within 5-7 days of ordering, to arrange delivery of the Bowflex SelechTech 1090 Dumbbells between Monday – Friday.
If you’ve opted for the installation service this will usually be carried out at the same time as the delivery. When opting for installation this can increases delivery times to 10-14 working days depending on how busy the Bowflex installers are.
