Our opinion

The Bowflex Adjustable 3.1 Series weight bench offers a number of exercises without requiring too much room. Used in conjunction with the Bowflex SelectTech dumbbells and stand, it provides a versatile workout tool. It’s easy to adjust and the leg brace is easily removed if required. The bench has wheels and so it can be easily moved.

Warranty

The Bowflex Bench 3.1 comes with a 15 year frame warranty and 3 year parts. The upholstery comes with 1 year warranty.

Delivery

The Bowflex Bench 3.1 comes with free delivery. Delivery is usually within 7-10 working days. You’ll be contacted directly by the couriers, usually within 5-7 days of ordering, to arrange delivery of the Bowflex Bench 3.1 between Monday – Friday.

If you’ve opted for the installation service this will usually be carried out at the same time as the delivery. When opting for installation this can increases delivery times to 10-14 working days depending on how busy the Bowflex installers are.
