They have been a long term favourite with physiotherapists, as the low impact movement involved in operating an exercise bike does not put much stress on your joints. Exercise bikes are also great for toning your legs, simply add more resistance to simulate your leg muscles. Our selection of light commercial and commercial exercise bikes are suitable for either the demanding home user, gyms hotels and offices. Light commercial exercise bikes are usually designed to withstand 4-5 hours use a day whilst commercial exercise bikes are designed and tested to withstand up to 18 hours use a day.
